Georgia Divorce Requirements

You are eligible to get an easy Georgia Divorce if:

1. You OR your spouse have lived in the state of Georgia for at least 6 months.

2. You and your spouse MUST agree on splitting up property, debts and child custody/support (if you have any children)


3. There is a 30-day waiting period after filing, before your divorce can be finalized.
