What is an Uncontested Divorce?
An uncontested divorce means that you and your spouse can come to an agreement concerning your divorce, without having to have the court decide on the issues for you.
The FOUR key areas you and your spouse should agree on are:
1. Division of property
2. Division of debt
3. Custody of any minor children you may have
4. Payment of child and/or spousal support
